Refund policy

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS will be given unless the item is out of stock at the time of purchase in which case, we will contact the customer to inform them via email (unless preordered item). There will be no refunds on preordered items.

Eligible items for return must be postmarked, shipped out, and sent back to Ego by Exclusively Loud within 5 business days of receiving your package. Eligible items will ONLY be accepted for store credit. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of the package being delivered; if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit.

For eligible items, within 24 hours of receipt, email Ego by Exclusively Loud at refund@exclusivelyloud.com to initiate the request for return. We will evaluate your request and, if eligible, create a return in our system.

Within 5 business days of receipt, please ship eligible items back including your order number, name, address inside the package, email, and phone number.

Returned items must be in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, rips, and/or wear) with any and all original product tags attached as received. All swimwear, bodysuits, body garments, undergarments, sunglasses, accessories, and ANY SALE or CLEARANCE items are not eligible for return thus being NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and not eligible for store credit. All shapewear and waist cincher supplies are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and not eligible for store credit.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to return the item and if in stock, issue a replacement item once the item is received back at our facility. Items must be postmarked for return within 5 business days of receiving your package.

When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes 10-14 business days to process your store credit. Please allow this time. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a coupon code via email.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 27% restocking fee will be applied on all returns up to and including those that refuse delivery and/or packages returned due to customer entering the wrong address or an undeliverable address. The customer will also be responsible for covering any postage and handling incurred due to redelivery costs.

PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER. If you need to inquire about your return, please send your return package tracking number showing that your return was delivered to the address of Ego by Exclusively Loud along with our original order number and full name used to order. If this information is unable to be supplied to provide proof of return receipt by Ego by Exclusively Loud, we are unable to verify your return as well as provide status of your return.
