Shipping policy
We use USPS and UPS as shipping service providers. After the order is received, total order processing time is between 5-7 business days. Items are processed within 3-4 business days and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Our standard shipping days of the week are Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. Shipping times vary and are only estimates. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please keep in mind, there may be delays due to holidays, bad weather, or other issues uncontrolled by us. UPS Next Day Express shipping is the only guaranteed service offered. Orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes.
Free shipping is offered on orders of $300 or more (not inclusive of taxes or any fees).
Tracking Information Policy – You will receive tracking information via email when the label is created. Specific tracking detail/history is not available immediately when the email is received and may take up to 72 business hours to display/populate
LOST/STOLEN/MISDELIVERED PACKAGES – We, Ego by Exclusively Loud, are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or misdelivered packages. We are also not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, shipping service errors, or address inconsistencies. This is inclusive of packages that show as delivered per tracking information. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, YOU must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-(800) ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or UPS at 1-(800) 742-5877. This includes any lost, stolen, and/or misdelivered packages.
